A Mentorship Program That Equips, Challenges,
Inspires, and Empowers

Sponsored by the Black Educators at Snowden International

“Who told you you couldn’t make it? Was it your circumstances? Other people? Or was it you?”

At Snowden International, our mentoring program—proudly sponsored by the Black Educators—was created to challenge limiting beliefs and replace them with possibility. Every mentor is a dedicated Snowden teacher, investing their time, wisdom, and care into the lives of our students.

Each year, we support approximately 200 mentees, equipping them with the tools, confidence, and perspective they need to thrive—not only in school, but in life. Our mentors guide students through academic growth, emotional development, career exploration, and cultural affirmation. At the same time, they challenge students to think critically, take initiative, and hold themselves to a higher standard; inspire them to dream boldly; and empower them to step into their future with confidence and purpose.

“What do you have to lose by attempting your dream or going after what is extraordinary?”
The answer? Opportunity. And we refuse to let our students miss theirs.

We teach our students that opportunities aren’t just something you wait for—they’re something you prepare for. And often, opportunity doesn’t knock—it speaks. It sounds like the wisdom of a mentor encouraging, correcting, and guiding you toward something greater. That’s why we remind our students: listen closely—opportunity often sounds like wisdom.

Because within mentorship… opportunity lays waiting.
Endless possibilities begin here
